FWIW, I recently made the famed Eleven Madison Park granola and I still prefer your mom’s recipe. Granted, this may be because I only have Morton salt at the moment and NYT salt levels are written for Diamond Crystal. Here to confirm that the former is in fact trice as salty.

Yeah, you have to modify the recommended salt amounts on that one. Nothing worse than an oversalted granola!
